"A Day for Couples revealed to us, we are not the only ones experiencing the ups and downs of marriage, trying to get to know one another, while also raising a family. It provided us with new insights, ideas and techniques, to 'smooth over the rough edges' when communicating with each other, and how to love each other more deeply and intimately, on a daily basis."
Jim and Stephanie
"This has been a precious opportunity for us to take a day just for ourselves. We learned from other couples and through scripture ways we can better navigate the challenges of marriage. We come away with a deeper appreciation of each other and the beautiful Sacrament of Marriage."

We are happy to answer your questions. Please start by reviewing the FAQ list below. If you still have a question, email us: emilbh@comcast.net
The conference includes dinner, do we have to attend the dinner in order to participate in the conference?
We invite all couples to stay for dinner since it provides an opportunity to fully experience a ‘date night’ with fellowship and fun. However if you choose not to join us for dinner you can let us know when you register. The registration fee will still apply.
Will this conference be relevant for my non Catholic spouse?
Even though the speakers are Catholic what they share will have universal application. We have purposefully kept the themes relevant to all couples.
Will we be the only young couple there or will couples of various age groups be attending?
Our hope is that couples from all stages and ages in their relationship join us, this conference is also great for those seriously dating or engaged.
My spouse and I are not really a “sharing” type of couple. Will we be expected to do open sharing at some point in the conference?
No, there is no open sharing or large group discussion. There will be at least one couple exercise that the couple privately completes and reflects on.
Will there be child care?
Young nursing infants are always welcome to join their parents. We cannot provide on-site child care for older children.
Will Mass be included?
All attendees are invited to the 5 o’clock mass. There will be reserved seating section that we ask attendees to use. There will also be reconciliation service available starting at 4 pm.
Do we need to be married in the Church to attend the conference?
No, you do not. However, we hope that this conference plants a seed that bears much fruit in your marriage.
We have a very tight family budget, are there scholarships available for this conference?
Yes, we do have scholarships available. On the registration page, simply choose the Scholarship option.
